The Project Architect will work to advance project design concepts and project documentation. This position requires initiative and the ability to prioritize job duties while working as part of a collaborative design team. Bachelor of Architecture from an American accredited college or university. Minimum 5 years of overall experience in working as an Architect. Must know building systems and construction practices. A good understanding of how to translate design into construction documents is required. You must have excellent overall design and technical skills, project based Revit experience is preferred, and the ability to work within a fast paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required. Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years design experience preferred
  • Licensed Architect with current registration preferred
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the design of small to large projects to fruition
  • Proficient knowledge of building codes and ability to research and apply/incorporate into technical documents

    Job Duties:
  • Transform conceptual/schematic designs using Revit into working construction drawings
  • Review drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards
  • Perform drafting and technical tasks as required throughout project duration
  • Participate in the preparation of schematic design, design development, construction documentation and any additional drawings required
  • Minimum 2 years of architectural drafting preferred
  • Ability to work closely with Project Architects in developing project designs
  • Ability to effectively meet and accommodate deadlines on multiple projects
