ICON Emerge is a program developed by ICON Architectural Group to support our designers on their path to licensure and aid them in navigating the requirements needed to become a licensed architect. Beginning with your new-hire orientation, you will be immersed in a process designed to give you every advantage possible in order to complete your experience and exam requirements and become a qualified architect.
As an intern, you are at a very exhilarating juncture. Interns have an indulgence of theoretical process and intent through their academics. Recognizing this at ICON, we provide an abundance of opportunity for our interns to apply it within our studio setting. We are eager to see new ideas, their knowledge, their creativity and their energy. By maintaining a dialog, we engage those ideas and work collaboratively in a creative process towards a solution. We want them to gain an experience that not only helps them grow their career, but also an ability to further apply it in their academics. Our internship program outlines a path for them to create their own destiny. With their knowledge, passion and self-motivation, opportunities will emerge."
