The Firm is a mixed-use commercial building located in West Fargo, ND. The building is located adjacent to Sheyenne Plaza and Pioneer Place. The building is phase three of EPIC’s West Fargo revitalization. The Firm will include over 8,000 s.f. of commercial units on the main level with 26 residential units on the top two floors. The Firm overlooks the POW/MIA Plaza and will cater to the events held in the downtown area.
