This project included the development of a masterplan for Innovation Park in Grand Forks, North Dakota to create an ecosystem that fosters innovation, entrepreneurship, technology, and competition. The site is located near the University of North Dakota Tech Park and features 55 acres, 9 buildings, two incubators, a biolab, and more. Green sites for 9 high tech and office buildings, "built to suit" for tenants. The plan for Innovation Park was designed to make it a Green Energy site with geothermal fields, solar lights, water reuse, and more. The project was led by UND's Center for Innovation Foundation, a top ranked entrepreneur center, a strong investor network, Soft Landings International Incubator, and the state's first Center of Excellence in Economic Development.
