The Lights at Sheyenne 32 is the centerpiece of a mixed-use development in West Fargo, ND. The plaza will be able to convert into various layouts that will be able to host outdoor concerts, park and play areas, and in the colder months be used for ice skating and sledding. The plaza will include shopping, and commercial spaces with living units on the upper floors. A four-level parking ramp and enclosed walkways will create an environment that is safe from the elements. The Lights at Sheyenne 32 will be a unique place where people will be able to live, work, and play and it is expected to open in 2020.
