This month’s employee spotlight features Becky Muller, interior designer at ICON. March marked Becky’s three-year anniversary at ICON and is one of three interior designers at the firm. As an interior designer, Becky partners with our architects to work through the general scope of work of each project, floor plans, and the overall intended function of the built environment. Becky and the team spend time with each client to understand their needs, wants, and expectations of their space, and create interior concepts based on their feedback that includes space planning, finishes, millwork design, furniture selections, and more. One of Becky’s favorite parts about working at ICON is the variety of projects her team gets to be a part of whether it’s a K-12 facility, athletic complex, or commercial space. Currently, Becky is working on Legacy Sports Park in Arizona and completing monthly site visits at United Valley Bank in Mahnomen, among other projects across the country.
